Preparation
EFP continues to shape the way we attempt to prepare clients for an electronic enrollment. Clearly, your internal technology staff must be a part of the team to successfully implement an electronic enrollment.
Below are some of the basic questions to ask your IS or IT staff to prepare you for electronic enrollment:
- From which system will we pull existing benefit information? HRIS? Payroll?
- In what format can we pull existing information out of the system? Excel? ASCI?
- In what format can we put new information into the system? Excel? ASCI?
