As your partner, EFP will provide benefit consultations and a customized communication campaign to educate and engage your employees so that they can make an informed decision about the benefits that are best suited for them and their family. Through group meetings and individual face-to-face or telephone consultations, employees will learn about the enrollment process and the value of the benefits being offered.
Education does not end when Open Enrollment is over. We offer on-going education, communication, policyholder support, and new hire onboarding services year-round through our Benefit Service Center.
HR and Payroll staff will benefit from benefit administration system training, review of the post-enrollment payroll deduction process, and a walk-through of your carrier invoice and billing reconciliation procedure.
