Job Summary:
Candidates must possess the ability to introduce the voluntary benefits service concept to brokers and employers with conviction and poise. EFP requires candidates to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills for this position. A 4 year degree in marketing or communications is required as well as 3-5 years of field experience.

BENEFIT COUNSELOR (Permanent or Contract)
Job Summary:
Benefit Counselors communicate all of the benefits EFP offers on a one-on-one basis directly to employees. EFP seeks individuals with the ability to interact effectively with a broad range of employees. Previous field experience is a plus. Life and Health licensing is required.
