Company Profile
EFP serves a single and specialized goal: creating, communicating, and
servicing insurance programs for employers and their employees. Coupling
over 25 years of experience with continual innovation, EFP
distinguishes itself by emphasizing the long term, as well as short term, goals
of our clients.
The early days of our firm’s
history were spent laying the foundation of a sound and highly effective
organization. Solid relationships were established with various insurance
carriers to provide marketing,
product, and
administrative support.
Michael
Stepnowski heads our Sales and Marketing efforts. Tammy Fierravanti
oversees the demands in Administration, while Doug Tracy directs Case
Management. Our commitment to customer service is unparalleled. Led
by Phil Taranto, EFP account representatives visit our accounts on a regular
basis. Our mission is to assist our clients in every way possible.
